Nationwide Deliveries

We offer a free next day Nationwide delivery service (Excl. N.I. and postcodes PO30-41, TR21-25, KA27-28)  on order quantities of 6+ tyres. In addition in Zones 1.(Yellow) 2.(Brown) 3.(Red) & 4.(Blue) a free next day delivery service on minimum order quantities of 4+ tyres. A small delivery surcharge will apply in these zones on lesser quantities. Deliveries to all other zones of orders less than 6 tyres are subject to a delivery charge. These charges appear below, please call or email us should you need further clarification on these charges. A minimum order requirement of two tyres applies on delivered orders with the exception of the yellow zone. Single items can be collected from our Ringstead premises subject to product availability.

Transport costs are routinely subject to change, the buyer will always be notified of any change to prices at the time of placing their order. Our pallet delivery people will not leave tyres without a signature unless prior arrangements have been made and agreed in writing to do otherwise. This will be done entirely on “C.O.R” (Customers own risk) conditions. We notify you via email or text once consignments are en-route, tracking isn’t available at this time.

Collections

Whenever possible we offer a discount to our advertised prices if a customer opts to collect from us. The customer can collect purchases directly from our Ringstead premises if it’s a common line we carry in stock, should you wish to do this please call beforehand to ensure the items are available as stock fluctuates daily. It is to be understood all such discounts are at our discretion.

Returns Procedure

  1. You must complete and submit the return request form on this page to inform us that you wish to return an item. Once received we will reply via email within 1 working day to provide you with the correct return address, along with a returns label to attach to the goods.
  2. Please note that any goods that have been used, fitted or are returned damaged (including damage sustained whilst in transit by your delivery agents) will not qualify for a refund. Please also note that this returns policy does not apply to custom orders made for manufactured wheel rims.
  3. Carriage fees for returning large items can be costly, so please ensure your order is correct at the time you are placing it, in addition to the tyre size pay particular attention to speed and load ratings.

Damaged Goods / Shortages

It is the customers responsibility to inspect goods upon delivery to ensure that all pieces are present, that the goods received are what were ordered, and that there is no damage present to any items. If any shortages or damaged goods exists, they must be noted at the time of delivery. You must advise the courier of all shortages or damages, and you must ensure that the courier records them on their delivery confirmation slip. You must also inform A.T.L. of any shortages or damages by email within 2 working days of delivery. Once reported we will investigate the claim and ensure any additional or replacement items are dispatched as appropriate. Please note that failure to record shortages or damage at the time of delivery could result in a claim for shortages or damages being rejected.

Warranty Claim Process

Tyres supplied by A.T.L. will be covered by the manufacturer’s standard terms of warranty which can be viewed on their website or you can request them from us. If a tyre fails, you may wish to make a warranty claim against the tyre manufacturer. It is important to note that A.T.L. are not the manufacturer of the tyres that we sell, therefore the tyres are sold with all warranties (if any) issued by the manufacturers and based upon the fact that the manufacturers only manufacture goods of merchantable quality, the goods are transmitted without examination by the seller upon the basis that any lack of merchantable quality is a matter between the buyer and the manufacturer.

Warranty Claim Procedure

In order for A.T.L. to issue a refund from the manufacturer, you must first notify us of the fault by emailing us with your order number, the details of goods for which you wish to make a claim, and a full description of the issues surrounding the claim. If deemed necessary, the goods will then need to be collected from you at your cost and sent to the manufacturer for inspection. Should the tyre be found to be faulty, a credit will be issued for the goods and the collection fee, with the credit being reduced depending on the remaining tread depth of the tyre. However, if there is no fault, you will be liable for the collection and return delivery fee of the tyre. In most instances the manufacturer insists on their examination of the tyre prior to accepting any liability to replace any tyre. For this reason, tyre warranties cannot usually be resolved for at least four weeks.
